How Membership Works

01

Just one affordable monthly fee

In our membership model, your mother/child receives comprehensive care for one simple monthly fee. There are no surprise costs, co-pays or deductibles.

02

All Regular Services Included

Your membership includes in-person visits or sick visits, telemedicine, and procedures like earwax removal and simple laceration repair. You can rest assured that you can easily contact your doctor for any concerns. You can text, email, or call her directly at no additional charge. We offer additional services including postpartum, breastfeeding, and tongue tie for an additional fee. Our monthly fee does not include vaccines, which may be covered by your insurance.

03

Use Insurance for Important Matters

When insurance dictates how a clinic operates, care is often rushed out of necessity. In order to provide the highest quality, most in-depth care, we do not consider insurance, but you are free to use it for all matters outside of the clinic.

Common Questions

How long does it take to recover after childbirth?

Recovery time is different for every mother. Generally speaking, it takes about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8-12 weeks after a cesarean section to return to basic condition. Full recovery may take several months, especially full physical and mental recovery.

Can I start exercising after giving birth?

Under the doctor's advice, you can usually start light exercise, such as walking or doing some simple stretching exercises, 6 weeks after delivery. High-intensity exercise is recommended only after the doctor confirms that you are in good physical condition.

How to deal with postpartum depression?

Postpartum depression is a problem that many new mothers may face. Talking to a doctor or psychologist, joining a support group, or seeking help from family members are all effective ways to relieve emotions. If the symptoms are severe, it is necessary to seek medical attention in time.

What should you pay attention to in your diet after childbirth?

Postpartum diet should be based on balanced nutrition, with more high-protein foods (such as lean meat, fish, beans), fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid excessive greasy and irritating foods, and maintain adequate water intake.

How to promote breastfeeding?

Ensuring your baby's correct feeding posture and maintaining a regular feeding frequency can help stimulate milk secretion. Proper rest and adequate water intake can also help increase milk supply.
